Mapo Tapo is a platform where outdoor sports enthusiasts can book trips organized by certified guides around the world. Activities include rock climbing, hiking, mountaineering, ski touring, ice climbing, via ferrata, and snowshoeing. The platform also helps adventurers find buddies to share these experiences with.

We’re looking for an Account Manager — Creator Partnerships to help lead Mapo Tapo’s next phase of growth.
This is a key role in our distribution strategy. Today, we collaborate with tens of thousands of content creators worldwide through a standard commercial partnership that enables them to travel and earn alongside their communities.
Your mission: grow and manage our creator network, ensuring each partnership translates into meaningful bookings and long-term engagement. You’ll operate like a B2B Account Manager, owning a pipeline of creators and driving measurable performance through clear outreach, activation, and conversion metrics.
